Returns of goods and refunds
You have a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to submit a return request.
In order for the return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unused, undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging. It is necessary to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
Goods sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damage and issues
After receiving your order, please check it immediately.
If the goods are damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, especially:
- perishable food
- opened products
- custom-made or personalized products
- personal care products (e.g. cosmetics), if their nature does not allow it
- hazardous materials, flammable substances, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original goods and, after the return is approved, create a new order.
14-day withdrawal period (EU)
If the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The goods must be returned:
- unused
- in the original packaging
- with tags
- with proof of purchase
Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will inform you about the approval of the refund.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Processing may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
