Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, destination address, and current operational conditions. The stated delivery times are indicative.
We deliver throughout the Czech Republic.
For purchases over 1500 CZK, shipping is free. The current shipping price and available delivery methods are always displayed before completing the order.
We offer delivery to an address as well as to pickup points, depending on the current availability of individual carriers.
After the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, if available for the selected delivery method.
If you notice damage to the shipment upon receipt, we recommend not accepting the shipment or recording this fact with the carrier and contacting us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation.
If it is not possible to deliver the shipment due to reasons on the customer’s side, for example due to an incorrectly provided address or failure to pick up the shipment, we may contact you to arrange the next steps.
